Vertical pictures are fine. It’s vertical videos which don’t fit the player that are the issue.

I remember watching As Good At It Gets, and that the doctor, played by Harold Ramis (RIP), had a special license plate. Does that mean that they get special parking privileges in the city?

They might be able to get away with parking in No Parking areas or things like that, afaik.
